Refund Policy
Lei Orders
Custom lei orders must be cancelled at least 48 hours prior to delivery date to qualify for a full refund. Any custom lei orders that are cancelled within the 48 hour window before delivery date will be subject to a 50% penalty to cover operating costs.
Lei Workshops
Lei Workshops must be cancelled at least one week before the event date.
Floral Events, Installations, and Arrangements via Florafusion Hawaii
Bookings for events, installations, and arrangements must be cancelled at least two weeks before event date.
*We kindly ask that you abide by this refund policy as we work with fresh flowers as well as small farms and growers. Any time we must cancel a floral order due to the cancellation of an order or event means that we must allow enough time to give notice to our floral vendors, whether wholesale or small local farms and growers.
